- Why did you create this site?
We believe that networking is the key to success in today's real estate industry. Although there are other networking sites out there, we wanted to create one that was dedicated just to REALTORSŪ and had virtually every tool and is easy to find what you need. We have organized it in two ways: 1) We created several networking arenas, depending on what you want to talk about and how you like to communicate, and 2) we categorized all of the members/resources, in a way that makes it easy to find them. Whether or not members choose to actively network through the Blog, Forum, or Message Board, their link to their website is easy to find. You can also learn more on the ABOUT US page. Back to top
- Can all real estate agents add their link or is this site just for REALTORSŪ?
Our site is dedicated to REALTORSŪ because they are pledged to a code of ethics and Standards of Practice, which includes duties to clients and customers, the public, and other Realtors. We hold members in the highest regard and created this site specifically for members of NAR. You will be required to identify the association you are a member of upon registration and membership will be verified before you registration is complete. Back to top
- Is there a fee for membership?
Membership is FREE for everyone! You can also siimply create an account to gain access. Back to top
- Is there a difference between being a USER & being a MEMBER?
Yes! Signing up as a user gives you unlimited access to the entire site. All we ask for is your name and then you create your user name (email address) and password. A member takes one additional step by giving us their website link and a few more informational items so that we can add them as a resource by adding a link to them on the website. Back to top
- What exactly is membership?
For starters, membership gives you unlimited access to all of the resources on our site. By becoming a member, you essentially become a "resource" to our users because we add your link to the category your business falls within (i.e. lender, handyman, REALTORŪ). Back to top
- How do I add my link to your website?
Whether you are a REALTORŪ or a real estate related business, click on the rotating green MEMBERS icon from any page (on the sidebar) or any SIGN UP/ADD LINK button and follow the directions from there. Once you create an account, you will be prompted to add additional information for full membership. Back to top
- I would like to advertise my business for added exposure. Can I advertise on a specific page?
Yes. You can choose the page and size of your ad (while inventory lasts). Prices vary depending on location and size of add. Click on the rotating Advertisement button on any page (on the sidebar) to be directed to the Advertising Overview for pricing and more information. We sell a limited amount of advertising per page/site to give advertisers optimal exposure. Back to top
- I am a national vendor. Can I place my link under each state?
Yes. Your link can be national, state, or city specific. You choose! Back to top
- What's the difference between adding a link and advertising?
When you add your link, we will place your link in the category your business falls under. Users will find your business by clicking on your link and be directed to your website. If you advertise, we will place your display add on a page(s) on our site and add your link to the display add. The sell a limited amount of display ads and it will be more prominent than the link. - Do you have a screening process before you add a link?
Yes & no. Because we are simply a link sharing site, our site does not endorse or guarantee any claims made by REALTORSŪ, professionals, or businesses on their own personal websites or advertisements. We do, however, reserve the right to remove any link at our discretion without penalty or refund. We encourage our users to fully screen any business/vendor to their satisfaction before referring them business or doing business with them yourself. - What if I do not have a website for my business? Can I still add my contact information?
Yes. We do encourage you to utilize a website, but we can also link users to your email address or a flyer with your contact information. If you are a REALTORŪ, you can also use your "agent page" from your broker's website (just copy and paste the URL of that page from your browser on to the registration page). You might also consider placing an advertisement on the site to expose your business to our users if you do not have your own website. Back to top
- I am not seeing my city in your list of choices. Can you add it?
Yes & no. We do not add cities under the REALTORŪ pages, as we use only the city that their association is located in. We encourage the REALTORSŪ to add cities under their description of services on their link. We will consider adding additional cities under all other categories. The related businesses have the same cities as the REALTORSŪ to choose from when signing up. We have over 1400 cities to choose from, but we may add your city if it does not fall within the umbrella of a metropolitan area you have to choose from. We are happy to make special requests though! When you sign up to add your link, let us know what other cities you would like us consider adding if your city is not listed. You may also contact us beforehand if you would like to ask prior to placing your order. Back to top
- How many links do you allow in a category?
We do not limit the amount of memberships (aka: link). We do, however, limit the amount of ads to give our advertisers optimal exposure. Back to top
- My business does not fall into any of the categories you have to choose from. Can you add it?
Yes. So long as your business is real estate related (or you have a convincing argument that it is!), we will add a category for you. When you sign up to add your link, let us know how to categorize your link by choosing "other" under category, and we will add it when we add your link. You may find when looking at the website that your category has already been added, but may not appear under the categories to choose from when signing up. Again, simply choose "other" as your category and tell us where to place your link. Back to top
- Can I call you with my questions?
We prefer you email us with your questions due to the high volume of calls we receive. There are several places to contact us: 1) Contact Us icon at the top of your screen, 2) the email address at the bottom of each page, 3) Your Voice button on the HOME page sidebar, 4) Contact US on the main menu, and other areas throughout the site. We will respond to you as promptly as possible. Back to top
- Can I cancel my membership or any other services at any time?
Yes. You are not agreeing to a contract and can cancel at any time. Advertising is billed on a monthly basis and can be concelled at any time. However, all sales are final and no refunds will be awarded for cancellation of advertising. You will need to contact us to remove your link or any advertising from our site. You can also log on to your account and go to cancel subscriptions so that you will not continue to be billed. Back to top
- What is a REALTORŪ?
The term REALTORŪ is a registered collective membership mark that identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of REALTORSŪ and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.

- How do I cancel a subscription or membership?
At the top of each page, you will find "my account." Click on the icon and enter your user name and password. There, you will be able to click on your subscriptions. Click "cancel" on the subscriptions/membership you want to cancel. We do not refund or pro-rate any subscriptions after your credit card has been billed. You can otherwise cancel at any time without penalty. Back to top
- Are your fees subject to change?
Yes. All of our fees, including, but not limited to membership fees and advertising are subject to change without notice. Back to top
- Besides adding my link to your website, what are the other benefits?
By becoming member and adding your link to the site gives you exposure to REALTORSŪ and other related industry professionals and consumers across the country. We also have several networking arenas for you to get involved in with our Blog. We encourage you to start conversations and get to know your fellow members. - Do you offer discounts?

- I am having trouble making Quimsey.com my homepage. What am I doing wrong?
The script only works with Internet Explorer. With any other browser, you will need to give them instructions to do it manually. Back to top
- I just want access to the site. Do I have to become a member?
No. You can become a user by simply creating an account. Once you create an account, just log on any time you want to access the site. Back to top
- Will you sell my information to outside vendors?
Absolutely not. If you want to hear from us, sign up for our mailing list! Unless we have a question for you, we won't bug you with unwanted solicitation. Back to top
